[DW2] Was tun, wenn man von einem Vollidiot abgeschossen wurde?

Im Discord der DW2 steht, dass man, nach einem Abschuss in der Fleetcom-Gruppe, keinesfalls auf Rebuy klicken sollte. Statt dessen soll man ein Ticket an Frontier schreiben und darum bitten, dass man wieder dort hin gebracht wird, wo man geplatzt ist (die Daten sollten dann auch wieder hergestellt werden). Des weitern kann man auch den Spieler melden, mit Hinweis auf die Verhaltensregeln, denen jeder vor dem Beitritt in diese Gruppe zugestimmt hat.

If you are destroyed by another player's deliberate and non-consensual actions while playing in any of the PGs listed above, you must provide evidence of the incident via screenshots, video, or independent eyewitnesses. Another way is to check your Comms menu (top left HUD) under the History tab, as this will show who was in your instance, and use that to work out who attacked you. In the "History" tab of the Comms panel, you can also see who killed you. Additionally, ‘Player Logs’ (PC only) can be examined as they record everything about the session you were in (logs location: https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=372).

Send your complaint to a member of the Private Group admin team. You can do this via a Discord PM, or Frontier Forum PM. Without CMDR names and proof, PG admin will not be able to deal with your complaint nor pass names on to the FDevs overseeing DW2.

Once you have logged a complaint with a PG admin and if your ship was destroyed in the incide:

DO NOT CLICK ON REBUY!

• Instead, submit a ticket to FDev game support here: https://support.frontier.co.uk/topic.php# and state in your ticket that you are a DW2 participant and don't want moving back to the bubble, and wait for a response. If you rebuy then FDev will be unable to move you back to where you died. Alt+F4 on the rebuy screen.
• In your ticket cite the information about Harassment Rules in Private Groups and in your ticket name the player(s) that attacked you.

Note that tickets are handled on a case by case basis and there is no guarantee that FD will be able to help with your request.(bearbeitet)
Do not name and shame anyone publicly on the Frontier Forums as this breaches Frontier’s rules.  Additionally any such incidents are not be discussed publicly on the FleetComm Discord server, any that are will be deleted by admin and warnings issued to those that post them, with bans from the server following if it persists.
