My apologies, there's currently an issue whereby some Horizons players are not automatically upgraded to the Advanced Planetary Approach Suite. We're looking into why this is as only some players are affected, not all. Hopefully we'll have a solution out soon.
Sadly I'm unable to alter equipped modules so I can't upgrade you on my end in the meantime. We simply don't have the tooling to do that kind of a switch with modules.
